General Inquiries
For concerns occurring during route times such as inquiring about late buses, reporting that a bus is not needed due to an absence for a special education student, lost articles, etc. call Dispatch Operations at 734-416-3032.
For concerns occurring during non-peak times or not related to the above, call Customer Service at 734-416-3034. They will direct you to the appropriate team member.
