WARRENVILLE, Ill.—Durham School Services, a leading provider of student transportation in North America, announced the acquisition of Vogel Bus Company, Inc. Vogel was founded in 1953 and serves 40 customers throughout New Jersey, with a fleet of approximately 195 buses.
Vogel has approximately 250 employees and provides service in the counties of Sussex, Essex, Morris, Union, Middlesex, and Somerset. This acquisition allows Durham School Services to increase market presence in the state of New Jersey and continue to achieve growth goals.

Durham School Services completed the acquisition on January 3, 2011 and has begun the process of integrating the company.
